Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:Our MOQ is 500pcs per style per color. 

Q:What is the sample leadtime?
A:Our sample leadtime should be on 7-10 days, it is depends on how complicate for the logos. 

Q:What is the production leadtime?
A:As usually, we need 25-30 days for bulk production after sample approval and order confirm. 

Q:What's the artwork format your requested?
A:We prefer you can provide us the PDF or AI file, of course you can send us the JPG, PSD. Eps, png etc. but if you have printing logo, we need your PDF or AI file to make the film. 

Q:Are the products quality the same with the approval samples?
A:Absolutely, even better than that, as quality is our factory's life 

Q:What's international express you use for sample delivery?
A:We use Fedex Express, UPS Express, TNT etc for international sample parcel delivery
